Beşiktaş Upper Segment Shops and Offices are among my Focus Areas.

I have been working as a real estate agent in the Beşiktaş region, based in Gayrettepe, for 4 years.
Since November 2023, my entire focus has been on upper segment real estate throughout Beşiktaş.
A significant part of my focus is on plaza offices and shops.
In this type of real estate, active marketing becomes more important than in luxury residential real estate.
Being in communication with real estate colleagues who have similar portfolios and customer portfolios, mastering social marketing activities and using them effectively, determining the target sectors and companies and carrying out marketing activities by communicating directly on a portfolio-specific basis are very important commercial real estate real estate activities.
Recently, we started working on establishing a Commercial Real Estate Group in our office, KW Fores Şişli Regional Directorate, together with my Team Leader.
We had the first meetings with 6 colleagues in our office.
The aim of the group is to develop our commercial real estate competence and create synergy by improving our communication with each other.
I know that I will create value in plaza office and shop real estate throughout Beşiktaş with my very strong analytical intelligence, approach and marketing network.
