The main features that make Gayrettepe valuable in Beşiktaş are as follows:
• Being adjacent to E-5, Büyükdere Cd and Barbaros Boulevard,
• Being a popular commercial and residential living area,
• Being within walking distance of the metro and metrobus,
• Being home to the Istanbul Airport – Gayrettepe metro station,
• Having a high demographic structure,
• Being calm in the area at all hours of the day,
• Having a certain amount of green space.
The vast majority of buildings in Gayrettepe are in the status of old buildings.
However, there has been continuity in urban transformation for the last 2 years, although the pace is not very high.
When Gayrettepe is renewed, it will become a much more enjoyable living space in 5 years.
I hope that the project quality and construction quality in urban transformation will be realized at a level befitting Gayrettepe, along with the costs.
