Since 2020, the Gayrettepe region has been one of my focus areas in my real estate profession, and in the last year, only new buildings have been on the residential side.

Since 2020, the Gayrettepe region has been one of my focus areas in my real estate profession, and in the last year, only new buildings have been on the residential side.
My observation is that there has been almost no increase in housing prices in the Gayrettepe region in the last two years.
I can say that Gayrettepe was one of the regions with the lowest housing demand in Beşiktaş overall.
I expect a movement in housing demand in Gayrettepe in 2025, especially in the second half of the year, due to the effect of both postponed or suppressed housing purchases and the decrease in interest rates.
I predict that it will also have repercussions on the price side.
