Why Do I Focus on (Top)Segment Real Estate in Beşiktaş Region?

I continued my real estate career, which I started in January 2019, in the Gayrettepe region of Beşiktaş district as of February 2020.
As of November 2023, I decided to focus all my real estate work on (top) segment real estate in the Beşiktaş region, centered in Gayrettepe.
The main reasons why I updated my service area were:

•⁠  ⁠My marketing channels abroad started to develop. I'm excited about the level I foresee my international marketing network reaching.
•⁠  ⁠Qualified knowledge and know-how from my past business life experiences
•⁠  ⁠I have a very strong level of analytical and emotional intelligence.
•⁠  ⁠I have carried out commercial building rental and popular shop rental in Büyükada.
•⁠  ⁠Sales and rental transactions of residence flats that I have carried out
•⁠  ⁠I do not focus my 90 hours of qualified work a week solely on my real estate profession.
•⁠  ⁠The level reached by my domestic marketing network
•⁠  ⁠My Outside-in View approach
