The Kent Etiler project will be built on a vast site.

Last week, I visited the Kent Etiler project, currently under construction in the Akat neighborhood.

It appears that a significant portion of Akat neighborhood may soon be known as Kent Etiler.

Construction is underway on a vast site.

Low-rise buildings, a secure facility with private security, an indoor parking garage, and private landscaping will be key features of Kent Etiler.

The Kent Etiler project, located adjacent to the TEM Highway and close to the Bosphorus, and the adjacent Symphony Etiler are also very close to Nispetiye Street and Akmerkez.

The rough construction of the buildings is complete, with completion expected in the second half of 2026.
