Valuable Feedback About My Services from a Foreign Property Owner

Last week, we completed the sale of our 1+1 residence flat in the Bahçelievler İstwest project, which I have been marketing and selling for about two years.
The property owners were a foreign couple, referred by a relative of mine. 
In the meantime, some buyer candidates have emerged. Some of them did not want to give a deposit because the property owner was out of the country, I did not find the motivation of some of them sufficient.
Because the property owners were people over 70 years old and I did not want to invite them to sell to Turkey without obtaining certain guarantees.
Finally, a buyer candidate appeared who seemed to have everything suitable, and the price was at the highest level under the current conditions. 
When selling property from a foreigner to a Turk, it is necessary to pay attention to some issues. I will talk about it in a separate blog post.
Fortunately, the sale took place last week.
Both buyer and seller were satisfied.
The buyer expressed his appreciation to me for the quick completion of the sale.
I helped foreign property owners with both calculations and translation to put their money in the bank after the sale.
Foreign property owners appreciated my continued high level of motivation and discipline throughout the entire process, as they wrote on my Google account.
They stated that they were always aware that I was trying to do the best for them.
Finally, they said that they thought they had a friend in Istanbul.
