For this reason, I decided to continue my real estate activities in the Beşiktaş region.
After 3.5 years in the region, I observe that I have reached a very strong and attractive marketing network on the marketing side. I predict that this development will continue with high dynamism.

I observe that one of the main characteristics that makes me an attractive and interesting real estate agent for property owners, buyers and tenants is my high work ethic.

I realize that as the financial value of the real estate I work with increases, I can establish faster and more qualified communication with property owners, buyers and tenants and raise awareness.
Years ago, when I founded my own marketing and management consultancy firm, I brought a Danish company to the Turkish market.
The owner of the company told me: “We are a very high-level engineering company and we have always worked with engineers in the countries we have entered so far. We think that you will be able to establish very fast and qualified communication with senior company officials. That's why we want to enter the Turkish market with you.”
