We Focus on Levent and Zekeriyaköy Villa Properties

????After the sale I made in the Gayrettepe Selenium Panorama residence project in February last year, I decided to focus on the marketing and sales of middle and upper segment villas throughout Istanbul, although it is not my priority.
????In the second half of last year, I decided to focus all my real estate work on upper segment new luxury residences and plaza offices in the Beşiktaş region, centered in Gayrettepe.
In my real estate profession, I attach great importance to integrity and the fact that all my works feed each other.
????When I looked at my personal awareness level and motivation, the path my marketing channels have reached and will continue to reach, and my organizational structure, I decided to put Zekeriyaköy and Levent regions at the center of our villa marketing and sales activities in December.

I think that the real estate profession has four pillars: Reaching the property owner who will sell or rent the property, correct pricing, correct marketing efforts, correctly managing the negotiation when the prospective buyer appears and turning it into a transaction.
In upper segment real estate, mastering seller and buyer expectations, approaches, and their decision-making dynamics requires high awareness and personal equipment.
In my opinion, managing the marketing and negotiation process correctly becomes extra important in the villa real estate segment.
????In the coming period, I will start to carry out systematic and regular work in the Zekeriyaköy region, especially in the Levent villas region.
