A property owner, for whom I previously brokered the rental of properties in Beşiktaş, Etiler, and Nişantaşı, contacted me over the weekend and said he was considering purchasing a shop of no more than 80 m² in a safe area near a main road in the Bavarian region of Germany, and asked if I could help.

Yesterday, I contacted 19 colleagues operating in Germany, whom I have been in contact with for 3 years and who had passed my filter, and informed them about our search. One of my colleagues said he works as a real estate agent in that area and could help. The communication process with the property owner has begun.
